The Mass Flow Control (MFC) accessory adds to UNITY, ULTRA 50:50 and AutoSecure systems to allow electronic mass flow control of split flows.  This facilitates independent selection of different split flows for all four stages of thermal desorption operation: standby, purge, primary (tube) desorption and secondary (trap) desorption.  The MFC also allows automatic recall and set-up of desorption methods with different flow settings during an automatic sequence.
