Markes International (Llantrisant, UK) has launched a ‘live chat’ facility on its website, providing visitors with rapid access to Markes’ analytical expertise.
The new online chat facility allows website visitors to ‘speak’ directly with Markes’ experts, simply by typing their message into the on-screen widget.
The live chat feature is staffed by Markes’ team of thermal desorption and time-of-flight mass spectrometry specialists in the UK and USA, and enables website visitors to get a quick answer to any question they may have about Markes, its products, or their applications.
Dr Gavin Davies, Markes’ Marketing Manager, said “Whether in person, by telephone or email, we have always strived to place analytical chemists across the world within easy reach of our expertise. Online chat is an exciting new way of achieving this, and we hope that our website visitors will find this new facility both convenient and useful”.
